Conference Venue
The conference will be held at the Emory University Student Center. This new and state-of-the-art building includes universal design features and has accessible bathrooms. A Lactation Room is available in the Student Center (Room N332); visit this link for more information on campus lactation resources. A designated Quiet Wellness Room will be available for use by conference participants at the Student Center throughout the conference.
On-site Transportation
The Woodruff Residential Center dormitory housing is located 0.3 miles from the Student Center, a 7-minute walk. Regular shuttle service between the dormitory and the Student Center is available. Take the CCMTA, A Route, B Route, or Executive Park Route to the Woodruff Circle stop. The student center is located 400 feet from Woodruff Circle.
The Emory Conference Center Hotel is located 0.7 miles from the Student Center, a 14-minute walk. Regular shuttle service between the hotel and the Student Center is available. Take the CCMTA shuttle to the Woodruff Circle stop. The student center is located 450 feet from Woodruff Circle.
There are several Visitor Parking lots on campus. The two closest decks to the Student Center include the Michael Street Parking Deck and the Peavine Parking Lot. Shuttle services are also available at the Visitor Parking decks to take you to the Woodruff Circle stop, located just 450 feet from the Conference Center.

If you have a mobility need which cannot be met with shuttle bus service, paratransit services for door-to-door service for wheelchairs and assistive devices can be arranged. Please visit the Paratransit Service page for more information on how to reserve this service.
For late-night transportation, consider using SafeRide. SafeRide is a free, on-demand service that operates on Emory’s Clifton campuses from 9PM-5AM, 365 days per year. An Emory Shuttle vehicle provides the service. Rides may be scheduled in advance. Request a ride from anywhere on campus to anywhere on campus using the TransLoc App, online, or by phone (404) 727-7555.
Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Emory Dining takes food allergies seriously and will try to accommodate the dietary needs of students and guests, where possible. The Dobbs Common Table in the Emory Student Center is a peanut-, tree nut-, and shellfish-free facility. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, kosher, and halal options are available at the Dobbs Common Table. At other dining locations, the eight most common allergens are present. Read more about resources here. Please declare any food allergies and/or dietary restrictions on the conference registration page so that we can best meet your needs.
